I think the thing that separates Noelle from Solid and Yuno from that other guy in Golden Dawn are their mindsets.

Noelle and Yuno aren't born strong so they always struggled to become stronger, and that hunger never faded. They continued to train and learn until they became as strong as they are now. The other two on the other hand are nobles. Usually, nobles have great traits like magic right from the start and that causes them to be satisfied with their current strength. Yes, they definitely are strong but because they know they are already strong they don't leave room for improvement. They're satisfied with the strength that has always overpowered their enemies and neglected improving their magic. That's the sole reason why Noelle and Yuno were able to beat them.

I'm pretty sure yuno was born strong....also, he is royal....he's spade kingdom prince and that's why he was born with talent but it's because he grew up with asta who's kid that never give up and train so much even tho he doesn't even have any magic that's what make him think that he needs to train more like asta did
